My work in the renewable sector led me to create SolarInstallersNI.com, an independent resource that helps Northern Ireland homeowners make better-informed solar decisions.
The more I studied the solar buying journey, the clearer one problem became.
Installers were working hard and spending heavily to generate new enquiries, while potentially valuable opportunities were already sitting quietly inside their databases.
These weren't necessarily bad leads.
Many homeowners simply weren't ready at the time, didn't answer the phone or never made a final decision.
That's where I now focus.
